My idea
Hi!
My name is Regina and I am a newly qualified Wilderness Guide. Even though the title is new, I have always been involved with nature and stayed there since I was in the scouts as young. Actually, I should have taken this path right away, but I was doing some construction and teaching for several years, which I have now finally exchanged for a life in nature.
I have also studied a lot of other things that complement wilderness life such as orienteering, edible plants, mushrooms, cooking on fire and trail running leaders. With all this, I now want to offer you different opportunities to get out into nature on shorter or longer experiences.
I want to offer these experiences in the forests of Southern Finland. Sure, I can lead a trip to Reisa National Park in Norway, Sarek in Sweden or Lemmenjoki in Finland, but I think we too often forget that we also have really beautiful forests here in the south. The nature here can be at least as calming and often you meet even less people here than you do in Lapland where everyone wants to hike.
So come and join us on an adventure, perhaps a hike with a difference!
Regina
