Spruceshoots pancakes

ca 6-8 normal-sized pancakes

  • 5 dl fat milk
  • 3 ½ dl spelt or buckwheat flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp dried spruceshoots flour
  • Fat for frying

  1. Mix all dry products together
  2. Mix in the milk a little at a time so that there are no lumps
  3. Leave the batter to swell for about 30 minutes
  4. Fry into pancakes

Goes well with fresh lingonberries or lingonberries sweetened with spruceshoot syrup
