Nettle crispbread

4 dl cornflour
2 dl sunflower seeds
2 dl sesame seeds
1 dl linseed
2 dl dried nettle crush
1 dl oat flakes
1.5 dl rapeseed oil
1 tsp salt
4 dl boiling water
On the surface: some flaky salt

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Squeeze the batter between two sheets of baking paper into a disc as thin as possible. There is enough for three baking trays.
  3. Sprinkle with a little flaky salt. Bake all the trays at the same time in a hot air oven at 140 degrees for about 45-50 minutes. With air circulation.
  4. Cut with scissors into suitable pieces as soon as they are removed from the oven.
