They choose where they grow, which means that they usually thrive and thus contain the most optimal composition of nutrients. You get out, mostly in nature, and walk a while, which in itself is good for your health, and then there are free fresh food. <\/p>\n\n<p>We walk in the near by terrain and familiarise ourselves with the seasonal offer. Hikes last approximately 2.5 hours.
