Wild plants as food are healty in many ways. They choose where they grow, which means that they usually thrive and thus contain the most optimal composition of nutrients. You get out, mostly in nature, and walk a while, which in itself is good for your health, and then there are free fresh food. <\/p>\n\n
We walk in the near by terrain and familiarise ourselves with the seasonal offer. We also pick plants that we then make food from together by an open fire and enjoy on site. The whole course lasts about 5 hours and we walk about 3 km. At the end, you’ll also get a taste of what other good things you can make with plants.<\/p>\n\n
The equipment for picking and cooking is included in the course. Dress for the weather. In case of heavy rain, the event must be cancelled<\/p>\n\n
