With cooking<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Picking mushrooms is fun and healthy! You go out into the forest, which in itself is very healthy, and you may be lucky enough to find mushrooms you can pick and eat. A little treasure hunt! Mushrooms are delicious! In addition, mushrooms are a low-energy, high-fibre, high-mineral, high-protein food that is also free. Many mushrooms also contain plenty of vitamins A, B and D. <\/p>\n\n

We walk in the forest and familiarise ourselves with the mushrooms we find. We also pick mushrooms which we then make food of together by an open fire. The whole course lasts about 5-6 hours and we walk depending on how well we find mushrooms from 3 km to maybe 8. <\/p>\n\n

The equipment for picking and cooking is included in the course.<\/p>\n\n

A course where we just learn to recognise mushrooms and pick some is about 3-4 hours. You will need your own picking equipment and the course costs \u20ac40\/person.<\/p>\n\n
