The green part is fine too. Stir the flowers a little so that most of the bugs disappear. <\/p>\n\n<p>Wash and slice the lemons. Place in a jar or bowl and squeeze the slices so that the juice comes out of both the pulp and the skin. <\/p>\n\n<p>Add the dandelion flowers and pour in the sugar and cold water. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Cover with a lid or towel and leave in the heat for a couple of hours before putting in the fridge overnight, maximum 24 hours. Stir a few times.<\/p>\n\n<p>Strain and squeeze out all the juice. Taste if you need more sugar or lemon. Bottle and keep cold. Tastes best cold. Keeps well in the fridge for a couple of days.
