Enough for two trays (cut with scissors when they come out of the oven as they are likely to stick together)
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 dl sugar
- 6 dl wheat flour
- 3-4 dl dandelion petals
- 1.5 dl cooking oil
- 5 tbsp dark syrup or liquid honey
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- a pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Take loose petals from the dandelion flower, about 3-4 part loosely clamped in the measure.
- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl to a homogeneous, oily biscuit-like mass.
- Shape 3 cm big buns by hand and place them on the baking tray and in the oven. Bake for about 10-15 minutes. They flow out like when making oat flakes. If the buns are close each other, they will stick together but can be cut with scissors as soon as they come out of the oven.
- they are quite sticky, i.e. they easily stick to each other. For storage, it is good to have baking parchment in between, which you get at the same time as you cut the biscuits on the baking tray.
